收货时请您与销售人员或快递人员当面核对商品（包括赠品）的数量、商品颜色尺码与您所选是否匹配、商品是否损坏等，如确认无误请签收货品。如发现数量不符、商品不符、商品损坏等请拒收货物并及时和客服联系，客服人员将根据实际情况跟进处理。如您签收货品，将视为货物数量正确、商品与您选购的商品相符、商品无损坏。

所有商品提供的照片为专业摄影师拍摄，后期精心修制及色彩调整，尽量与实际商品保持一致，但由于灯光、显示器色彩偏差、个人对颜色理解等的不同，导致实物可能会与照片存在一些色差，该类问题不属于商品质量问题，最终颜色以实际商品为准。本店不接受以色差为理由提出的退换货要求，敬请谅解。
